The Managed Hosting plan is the minimum required plan for every website and must remain hosted with RULA Marketing. Cancelling website service means losing access to your website and its files, and cannot be transferred. Revision time applies to existing website content and layouts. New pages or larger changes are quoted separately. All plans are billed monthly.

What happens after I submit an inquiry?
We review your project and get in touch to discuss your needs. Next, we prepare a custom proposal with the scope, investment, timeline, content responsibilities, and required hosting. Once agreed, we gather the content, design and review the website with you, and prepare it for launch after your approval.
How long will my website take?
The timeline depends on the number of pages, features, revision needs, and when the content is ready. Your proposal includes a project-specific schedule. If you have a deadline, tell us during the first conversation so we can assess it before committing.
How much does a custom website cost?
Every project has a different scope. After learning about your needs, we provide a custom proposal with pricing and a timeline before work begins.
Which ongoing plan is right for me?
Managed Hosting covers the hosting essentials. Website Care adds up to one hour of monthly revisions. Website Management includes up to two hours of revisions, content assistance, and priority support. We can help you choose based on how often your site needs updates.
What can I use my monthly revision hour for?
Use your included revision time for text updates, image changes, and adjustments to existing pages. Website Care includes up to one hour per month; Website Management includes up to two hours. Larger work and new pages receive a separate proposal.
How does the 12-month option work?
A 12-month commitment reduces each plan by $10 per month. You pay monthly throughout the commitment: $29 for Managed Hosting, $89 for Website Care, or $189 for Website Management. If you cancel before the 12-month term ends, a $99 cancellation fee applies. The commitment and cancellation terms are included in your service agreement before enrollment.
Who handles my website updates?
Our team does. Send your requested changes to RULA Marketing, and we handle the updates according to your plan’s included revision time. You don’t need to manage the website yourself.
Is RULA hosting required if I already have hosting elsewhere?
Yes. Every website designed by RULA Marketing must be hosted with RULA Marketing and requires enrollment in at least the Managed Hosting plan. Website Care and Website Management also include hosting. You cannot host a RULA website with another provider, even if you already have a hosting account elsewhere.
Website design and ongoing hosting are separate charges. The hosting requirement and website ownership terms are included in your proposal and service agreement before you enroll.
Who owns my website, and what happens if I cancel?
All websites designed by RULA Marketing are owned by RULA Marketing. You receive use of the website while your website service is active; purchasing a design does not transfer ownership of the website or its files to you.
The website is not transferable to another provider or hosting service. If you cancel your website service with RULA Marketing, your website will be taken offline and you will lose access to and use of the website and its files. The website and files cannot be exported, transferred, or taken with you. These terms are included in your proposal and service agreement before you enroll.
